Our next MainStage production is an original murder-mystery-audience-participation-comedy (now there's a mouthful!) by Erika Hose. Our story is set in present day Weaverville, NC; a small town outside of Asheville with a diverse bohemian population full of artists, designers, musicians, singers, writers and dancers. The town was a run-down slum where drugs and crime were rampant. This was all before Mayor Gregory Goodman. In the last ten years, under his leadership, the city has seen a mass decline in crime and drugs and a rise in a culturally rich artistic crowd. The center of town is home to a beautiful park. All is happy, peaceful, musical and beautiful in the town of Weaverville, NC. That is until Cash Donavan arrives and their worlds are changed forever!
This production will feature a new and amazing cast performing an original script, audience participation and a chance for our guests to solve the murder! Get ready for the most fun night of theater as we present a murder-mystery-comedy that is sure to delight our audiences.
You are invited to the Grand Gala celebrating the town of Weaverville and the newest addition to the town a beautiful neighborhood park.
